1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Adcentral, LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the website LastingLegacyLife.com (the "Site").
This policy covers only our own practices. It does not cover the practices of the independent third-party companies we may refer you to ("Partners"). Once your information is transmitted to a Partner, that Partner acts as an independent controller of your information under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any Partner that contacts you.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
If you choose to request contact from a Partner or write to us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, postal address or ZIP code, date of birth or age range, and any other information you voluntarily submit, together with the date, time, and page on which you submitted it and a record of the consent you gave.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps, through cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and server logs.
Information from other sources
We may receive information about you from advertising networks, marketing partners, lead sources, data providers, and analytics providers, and we may combine it with information we already hold.
We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or detailed medical records through this Site. Please do not send us such information.

4. How we share information
We may disclose information as follows:
- To Partners. If you request contact, we transmit your contact information and the details of your inquiry to one or more Partners so they can contact you. This is the core function of the Site and is how we are compensated.

- With your direction. Any other disclosure you direct or consent to.
5. "Sale" and "sharing" of personal information
We want to be direct about this. Our business model involves transmitting consumer information to Partners in exchange for compensation. Under California law and similar laws in other states, this activity is likely to be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and we treat it as such. We also use cookies and similar technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising, which may likewise constitute "sharing."
In the preceding twelve months, we may have sold or shared the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, telephone number, IP address); internet or network activity information; approximate geolocation; and inferences drawn from the foregoing. The categories of recipients are our Partners and our advertising and measurement partners.
You have the right to opt out. See Your choices below. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
6. Cookies, advertising, and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function, as well as analytics and advertising technologies that help us understand traffic and deliver and measure advertising. Third parties, including advertising networks, may set their own cookies and collect information about your activity over time and across sites in order to serve interest-based advertising.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. These opt-outs are cookie-based and must be renewed if you clear cookies or change browsers or devices.
Global Privacy Control. Where required by law, we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for the browser transmitting it.

Shine the Light. California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83 by writing to the address above.
9. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, to maintain records of consent, and to enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
10. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
