1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Adcentral, LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the website LastingLegacyLife.com (the "Site").

This policy covers only our own practices. It does not cover the practices of the independent third-party companies we may refer you to ("Partners"). Once your information is transmitted to a Partner, that Partner acts as an independent controller of your information under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any Partner that contacts you.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

If you choose to request contact from a Partner or write to us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, postal address or ZIP code, date of birth or age range, and any other information you voluntarily submit, together with the date, time, and page on which you submitted it and a record of the consent you gave.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps, through cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and server logs.

Information from other sources

• To Partners. If you request contact, we transmit your contact information and the details of your inquiry to one or more Partners so they can contact you. This is the core function of the Site and is how we are compensated.
• To service providers. Hosting, analytics, telephony, email delivery, call tracking, security, fraud prevention, and similar vendors that process information on our behalf.
• To advertising and measurement partners. For campaign delivery, attribution, and interest-based advertising.

• Opt out of marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in the message, or email us.
• Cookies and interest-based ads. Use your browser settings or the industry opt-out tools listed above.

8. State privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding personal information we hold about you:

• Right to know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
• Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.

We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against our records, and may request additional information if we cannot verify you. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

We will acknowledge a request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days, which we may extend by an additional 45 days with notice to you where permitted.

Shine the Light. California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83 by writing to the address above.

9. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, to maintain records of consent, and to enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

10. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
